Every printed journal is printed to order just for you. Please allow a few business days for printing before your order ships. Once it's on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Digital products (printable PDFs and Online Shared Journals) are delivered instantly by email after purchase. If you don't see yours, check your spam folder or contact us.
We currently ship within the United States.
Returns on printed journals
Not quite what you hoped for? You can return a printed journal for any reason within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unused — no writing, drawing, or other marks inside.
To start a return, email hello@backnforthjournal.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once we receive your journal and confirm it's unused, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method.
Damaged or misprinted books
If your printed journal arrives damaged or with a printing error, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to pay any return shipping.
Digital products
Printable PDFs and Online Shared Journals can't be returned once they've been delivered. If you have a problem downloading or accessing yours, contact us and we'll fix it.
